The technology of new ethics is based on the discursive-evaluative method (DEM), which consists of organizing the broad participation of the business community and citizens in the discussion and evaluation of economic, financial and other socially significant decisions from the positions of GEP, GENP, III-C.
4. The new ethics of the BRICS business community is a system of requirements, compliance with which guarantees the fulfillment of obligations of the participants in transactions with the assistance of the BRICS House.
5. The BRICS House satisfies the request of entrepreneurs from all over the world: ensuring the fulfillment of obligations.
Method of ensuring: ethical regulation of relations when a transaction is concluded on the basis of a contract and a pact of honesty.
The contract regulates the economic and financial relations of the buyer and seller.
The pact of honesty guarantees compliance with the obligations assumed.
6. Ethical mechanism for compliance with the undertaken obligations: if one of the parties to the transaction and the integrity pact harms the other, the injured businessman informs the registrar of the integrity pact – the BRICS House, which carries out an investigation based on the complaint materials. Based on the results of the investigation, one of the following decisions is made:
refuse to consider the complaint, since there are no grounds to consider the behavior of the other party to the transaction unethical due to the fact that no signs of abuse of contractual relations have been established: deception, slander, defamation, incitement to hatred, arbitrariness, irresponsibility, lack of conscience, immorality, greed, avarice, intellectual modesty, egoism;
satisfy the complaint and inform the business community and citizens of all regions of the world that the fact of harm on the part of a specific participant in the transaction has been established. Harm is a violation of the conditions of his normal life that is felt and experienced by a person.
7. Informing the business community and citizens is carried out as follows:
organization of a public and business discussion and assessment of the dishonest participant in the transaction, calculation of his morality index (or harm index);
ensuring recognition of the harmful party to the transaction for the business community and citizens of all regions of the world by posting relevant information on the discursive-evaluative platform:

8. The goal of the BRICS House: changing the behavior of entrepreneurs. The adoption of the Pact of Integrity promotes a global initiative to create social business between economic and financial entities, which will ensure the necessary ecology of relations between entrepreneurs of the world's countries.
The ecology of relations is determined by the global ethical principle (GEP – a person should not harm another). The consequence of the adoption of the pact of honesty is the ethical regulation of financial and socio-economic relations, as well as the maintenance of the necessary level of moral relations between subjects of economic and financial activity. Profit is not the goal, but the consequence of the organization’s activities, and the goal is creation for others.
Creation is a socially useful activity during which a person gives to others more than he receives in return.
The Pact of Integrity is a tool for group and mass assessment of the morality and professional suitability of entrepreneurs who have undertaken certain obligations under transactions. It is aimed at ensuring the stability and reliability of contractual relations between the participants in the transactions.
